Tamar work revolves around creating movement.

Using light, engines and sensors, Arduino software and diverse materials, She develops repetitive movements, that tell her story.

Orr studied performing arts: Space, Light and Costume Design at Tel Aviv University, completing her BA studies with Honors.

Thereafter she completed her Master of Art degree in Rose Bruford College in London in Lighting and Installation.

 

Tamar teaches in Israel's leading art schools, designs lighting for theatre and dance productions in Israel and worldwide and exhibiting installations which combine light, object and sensors.

 

She is represented by 'The Gallery Artspace' in Tel Aviv.
